We process aim to process orders within 1-5 days. Order processing is dependent on order volumes. In special cases processing time may take up to 7 days.

Shipping times will vary based on your location. The delivery period is typically between 15 - 30 business days (USA, Germany, Japan, United Kingdom, France, Canada, Australia, Norway, Singapore, Korea), For the rest of the world the delivery could take up 30 to 45 business days.

Please be advised international delivery highly depends on customs inspection, political events, extreme weather conditions, current Covid19 status etc.

We have worked to offer the lowest cost and most reliable shipping methods to our customers. The low cost does result in longer shipping times, however, we guarantee that its work the wait.

Our policy is that if 60 days after ordering your package still has not arrived, we will resend it for free or give you a 100% refund. However, this only happens very, very rarely. 

If you are overcome by excitement and cannot bare to wait for your leather goods kindly contact us to enquire about express shipping method options (DHL, EMS etc.). These do however come at a high cost.
