Refund policy

We are confident that our customers will form an unbreakable bond with their leather items, however, at Town Tannery our customers opinion matters. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order and would like to process a return/refund kindly contact us at info@towntannery.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Please do quote your order number in all communication.

ORDER CANCELLATION

In attempt to minimize shipping and handling times at Town Tannery we aim to process orders as quick as possible so that your leathery goods can be delivered to you in the shortest time period possible. All orders can, therefore, be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid for and you would like to action changes or cancel the order, kindly contact us at info@towntannery.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it unfortunately can no longer be cancelled.

DAMAGES AND RELATED ISSUES

Upon delivery of your order please thoroughly inspect your items and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the situation and work to correct it. We kindly ask that if an issue is noted please do provide some images for our team to assess.

EXCHANGES

We are committed to providing high quality leather products to customers worldwide. Due to this we are unable to directly exchange goods. If you decide you would like to exchange an item a new order would need to be placed. Your original product would need to be returned. Once we receive your item and have inspected its condition our team will process a refund. In such cases the customer will be liable for return shipping.

RETURN/REFUND OF NON-DEFECT ITEMS

If you would like to process a return/refund for any reason other than noted defects or related issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please pay special attention to the sizing specifications of the product you wish to purchase to ensure it is in line with your requirements. In such case the order amount minus the shipping cost will be refunded. Once the items condition has been inspected, please allow a period of 5 working days for the refund onto be processed through your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

CONDITION OF GOODS RETURNED

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

EXCEPTIONS

We cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit and recommend that you use a tracked delivery service when returning your order.
